Glen Barklow
Mr. Barklow is the Director of Training for Wickes Furniture. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University in 1991. He has over 15 years of experience in the fields of training, employee development and human resources and worked in various industries including specialty retail, banking, and non-profit before finding his way to Wickes. Mr. Barklow believes that the continued development of a work force is at the heart of a company’s success and is what makes good organizations great. Mr. Barklow is responsible for leading the training & development function for the Wickes corporate and field sales and management teams.
Tommy Davis
Mr. Davis is the Sales Manager for Olindes Furniture and Appliances in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He spent 14 years as a factory representative for Broyhill Furniture Industries in Oklahoma and Louisiana. He was a security consultant and sales manager for Wells Fargo Guard Services and Weiser Security for 10 years. He has been with Olindes Furniture for five years as a sales consultant, assistant sales manager and now store sales manager supervising 18 sales people. He is a "fanatic" LSU Fan.
Frank Goldoni
Mr. Goldoni is currently the Vice President of Operations for DOTI Franchising, Inc. the franchisor of Designs Of The Interior, He has been associated with DOTI since 2003, where his responsibilities include training and mentoring of new and existing store owners, managers and design staff. In addition, he is responsible for new store site selection, lease negotiation and opening logistics. On the corporate side, his duties involve all day to day responsibilities of company finances, franchise relations and operational support to the DOTI Store owners. Mr. Goldoni has been involved in the home furnishings and design industry for over 31 years, including family business and franchise ownership.
Judy Rosario
Ms. Rosario is a trainer, motivational speaker, and corporate company sales trainer, having been in the furniture industry for 25 years. From sales to management to training, Ms. Rosario has been involved in every aspect of the industry and has been a top producer for a nationally known company for several years, She has spent many years in management for nationally known company, and is now the corporate sales trainer for Ashley Furniture Home Stores in Arizona, Nevada, California, and Utah.
Jennifer Eickhoff
Mrs. Eickhoff is the manager of Hatch Furniture & Flooring in Yankton, South Dakota. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis at the University of South Dakota. She has been in the furniture business for 10 years. Mrs. Eickhoff started in sales at Hatch Furniture & Flooring & then moved up to Sales Manager and now store manager of Hatch's two locations.
