  • " Would be good to have a 2nd level, to make things a bit more challenging for more advanced learners. This is a very basic course, yet thorough and helpful. "

  • " More interactive. Also, in the color study chapter, label the colors on the color wheel and in the color exercises. Many computers will see color differently and wrong answers may be chosen by mistake. "

  • " Much of the information is either dated or incorrect. Many of the lessons are presented as hard and fast rules, which could be an obstacle for somebody just starting out with decorating. Several answers in the activities/tests were wrong, or there were multiple correct answers. The British 'saleswoman' is very annoying--her narration comes across as holier-than-thou...somebody I would never want to buy furniture from. "

  • " My only suggestion to improve the course is on the test where there is multiple lines for each answer- Please make more room to show all the lines on each answer instead of showing 2 or 3 lines and have to scroll down on it. "

  • " Have all of the course dialogue also available in text as part of the lesson. I had to use a computer with audio to complete the training successfully. I could have done it faster if I could have read the lesson at times as well. "

  • " add where customer heating or cooling systems are as that will impact where furniture should be placed "
  • " told her that she could paint the focal wall the dark color that she wanted but we could a lighter contrasting color on other walls and good placement of lamps and an area rug to pull her room together. "
  • " Perhaps the best layouts with focal point and knowing what creates the best look for their needs. LIke more examples of what the different ways are to design in the same space different amounts of furniture and accessories. "
