Q. What is included in my sales training subscription?
A. Your subscription gives you 24/7 access to as many as 250 training resources (i.e. customer follow-up tool, phone scripts, email templates, interactive lessons, audio lessons, worksheets, and games) each of which is designed to turn salespeople into top sellers. Store owners and managers also have access to detailed training reports, marketing materials and more.
Q. Can multiple people use the same subscription?
A. No. It is important that each salesperson has their own subscription. 1) Each sales person who completes their program receives a certificate, 2) Each sales person receives a personalized email message each week that directs their training efforts for the coming week. 3) Management tracks the training progress of each sales person.
Q. Can store owners track salespeople training progress?
A. Yes. Store owners and managers receive a weekly progress report that describes each of their sales persons. They also log into their account to see detailed progress reports.
Q. How many modules can be completed in a week?
A. We recommend that no more than 3 modules be completed each week. You can adjust the speed of your training.
Q. How much can I expect sales to improve?
